Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose
These general conditions of sale define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of Muriel Arlay's works and creative products.

2. Products
The products covered include original paintings, illustrations and various creative products. Each product is described as accurately as possible.

3. Orders
Any order validated on the site constitutes a firm and definitive commitment from the buyer.

4. Price and Payment
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included. Payment is possible by credit card, PayPal and Apple Pay. The order is processed after validation of the payment.

5. Delivery
Orders are shipped to France within an estimated time of 10 to 20 days. Delivery costs are indicated before the order is validated.

6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, single paintings do not benefit from the right of withdrawal.

7. Returns and Refunds
For other products, a return is possible within 14 days, the return costs being borne by the customer.

8. Intellectual property
Any reproduction of the works without prior agreement is prohibited.

9. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
